	West Parish Church of Andover, UCC Ministry & Mission: Worship

The Ministry of Worship is responsible for working closely with the minister to make the worship services run smoothly. We help plan the many special services that are held throughout the year, provide communion each month, identify lay leaders for each service, and formally welcome newly baptized members by taking part in their special services. The Music Committee and the Flower Committee are extensions of our ministry. We also coordinate the Christmas Pageant each year. If you have suggestions or comments about the West Parish worship services, feel free to contact Ellen Harmoning or Phyllis Klockow, the co-chairs of this Ministry. We will make sure to discuss your ideas during our monthly meetings. If you are interested in: being a Lay Leader—someone who reads the Bible verses and responsive readings during the Sunday services—contact Marth Rigling serving on the Communion Team, contact Phyllis or Ellen donating flowers for a church service, contact Dot Gulezian or Martha Rigling.
